There is no doubt that the weather has brought the mood of many down, and a break from walking to and from classes was just the thing that all the students at the University of Michigan-Dearborn needed. But because the break was in the dead of winter, was it too cold for you to even leave your house and make your way to the airport to escape to a warmer place? Or did you stay at home and study through the break to prepare yourself for the coming weeks of school?

“I spent my Spring Break days working and I watched Netflix all night. Never opened a book once because it was break and I wanted to relax,” said freshman Nasri Sobh.

“I was just ready to take a break from school and not study. So instead, I took a cruise to a bunch of tropical places just to relax,” said freshmen Kyle Best.

“Initially I didn’t want to spend my spring break studying, but after a failed attempt of finding fun things to do in Dearborn, I was stuck studying,” said freshmen Yasmeen Kadouh.
