Students at the University of Michigan-Dearborn had an opportunity to meet candidates for the university’s Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Student Life position.

UM-Dearborn hosted a pair of public student forums on April 20 and 22 showcasing the two candidates. Students were notified through an email from the university and a Facebook event from Student Government.

According to the email, Monday’s candidate was Craig Aimar, Senior Director of Advising Services/Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Saginaw Valley State University.

Kevin Kucera, Eastern Michigan University’s Associate Vice President and Chief Enrollment Officer, was Wednesday’s candidate.

The open forums lasted from 12:30-1 p.m. Aimar and Kucera’s resumes would be made available at the forum, per the email.

UM-Dearborn’s efforts are to replace Stanley Henderson, who stepped down as Vice Chancellor Jan. 13 and will retire from the university May 1. He held the position from 2005-2015.
