Closing thoughts

The quarterback competition shouldn’t be one at all. Not only does Rudock lead the pack at Michigan, he’s one of the most experienced quarterbacks in the Big Ten.

For what the spring game’s worth, Morris’ issues are still evident. He can say it’s his job all he wants, but Morris have his work cut out for him fending off Rudock.

And the true freshmen…while it’s rare one starts this fall, Harbaugh will likely want the best player on the field. And if that happens to be Malzone or Gentry, they’ll be out there.

I’m taking Rudock to start the season. We’ll have to see if time changes the competition.
