Update, 6:30 p.m.: Monday evening classes have been cancelled. UM-Dearborn has been evacuated. WXYZ and FOX 2 reporting that Fairlane Mall is no longer under lock down.

Shots have reportedly been fired at Fairlane Mall in Dearborn.

University of Michigan-Dearborn 911 sent two emails to students Monday — one at 5:17 p.m. and another at 5:26 p.m., urging students to take shelter if needed and to lock doors. The emails said there were four active shooters.

According to an email sent to residents, The Union at Dearborn is under lock down.
