Sunday night marked 14 seasons of the reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians (KUWTK).
If you have not heard of it, KUWTK follows the lives of the Kardashian-Jenner family. The show has documented some of the highest highs and lowest lows of this blended family. From the girls giving a homeless man a makeover in season one to documenting Kim Kardashian’s robbery in 2016, this family has shared everything with the world.
Last Sunday, E! had a tenth anniversary special. Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Kendall, Kylie and everyone’s favorite, Scott Disick sat down with producer Ryan Seacrest to look back and talk about the past 10 years. Many wonder how they’ve managed to stay on air for a whole decade. Watching this special, you see how. They’re all beautiful, funny and they stay keeping us entertained on and off the show. Off the show, from constant social media posts and rumors in the media and on the show we see this family thrive together and live the lavish life we all wish we had.
Sunday’s season 14 premiere was different than the past. The show’s opening was a video montage in a vintage like picture of the family throughout the years, including some home videos. The vibe the intro gave was sentimental and heartwarming. It showed how proud they were of this family empire they’ve created.
The first episode kicked off with the focus on Khloe and boyfriend Tristan Thompson. We got the inside scoop with where they’re at in their relationship and how her family feels. Kourtney, Kim and friends went with Khloe to her Cleveland home to see the city and where she spends a majority of her time now. Through the screen, you could tell how happy all three of the girls are, especially Khloe. We also got a look at some of the family tension with Caitlyn Jenner. If this first episode was any indication of how this season will be, it’ll be a personal season.
Tune in to see some of the rumors we’ve heard be confirmed or denied on this season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians Sunday nights at 9 on E!.
