The City of Dearborn has announced that it is kicking off the holiday season with a “Downtown Dearborn Passport,” which includes specials and deals for over 50 businesses.

According to the City of Dearborn website, “every time you make a purchase you receive a stamp, awarding you a raffle enter for amazing gifts from local businesses.”

The event began on Nov. 25 and will run through Dec. 13.

Those interested in participating can pick up a passport at one of the 50 businesses or download it online on the City of Dearborn website.

The more stamps collected will create a better chance of winning a prize.

Passports must be turned in by Dec. 13 at one of five locations: Dearborn Area Chamber of Commerce, Henry Ford Centennial Library, Green Brain Comics, STEP Thrift Store and Donation Center, and Village Picture Frame & Art Gallery.

Winners will be notified either by phone or email by Dec. 20. A full list of participating businesses can be found on the City of Dearborn website.
