The Michigan Football team is looking to reload after the 2017 season and add new players with the 2018 recruiting class. At this time Michigan is ranked fourteenth nationally and third in the Big Ten.

Michigan right now have 17 hard commits and 10 of them are four stars. The Wolverines need a big class to help them win next year and Jim Harbaugh and staff are going nation-wide to find the best fits for the Wolverines. Last year the Wolverines brought in 30 players only 29 made it to the practice field as one had to medically retire before playing a down.

Michigan’s hard commits right now:

-Tight End Mustapha Muhammad 4 star Missouri City, Texas

-Cornerback Myles Sims 4 star Atlanta, Georgia

-Outside Linebacker Otis Reese 4 star Leesburg, Georgia

-Joe Milton 4 star Orlando, Florida

-Ja’Marr Chase 4 star New Orleans, Louisiana committed 11/26

Michigan has a total of 234 offers out there right now and most are for 5 stars. The recruiting season is just now heating up and will be a huge roller coaster ride from here on out.

The Wolverines will get a barometer of their class December 20-22 with the first ever early signing period for college football. The main signing period is like Christmas for some football lovers which takes place on February 7.

Joe Milton, Myles Sims, and Taylor Upshaw will all sign early and be on campus for winter term.

Michigan is welcoming a huge number of potential recruits for a visit November 25 during the Ohio State game. This game will make or break it for the Wolverines with some of these recruits.
