The UM-Dearborn hockey team was on a roll in the first half of the season recording a 13-3-2 record overall. They also have a perfect 5-0 record in the Wolverine Hoosier Athletic Conference.

The Wolverines have 10 games remaining in their schedule and eight of them are conference games. The only non-conference opponent is the Indiana Institute of Technology on February 9 and 10.

They have scored 79 points so far this season and only gave up 33 points to their opponents. Tyler Groat leads the Wolverines with 11 goals and 13 assists so far this season. Justin Dunn slapped in 10 goals of his own and added 13 assists.

The remaining games outside of Indiana are against teams with losing records.

The Wolverines should dispatch their upcoming opponents, but UM-Dearborn is not immune to an upset.

The Great Lakes Collegiate Hockey League playoffs begin on February 22. The Wolverines won the tournament last season and are looking to repeat their winning ways.
