If you have ever watched vlogs from YouTuber David Dobrik, then you should be quite familiar with Zane Hijazi and Heath Hussar. The two bring endless comedy to Dobrik’s vlogs. Whether they are talking in their accents telling jokes or being drunken fools running around Los Angeles, if Zane and Heath are in a vlog, it is sure to make you laugh.

Recently, Zane and Heath decided to team up and jump on the podcast trend. Zane and Heath: UNFILTERED is their weekly podcast of the two talking about nonsense for 30-45 minutes, inevitably brightening your day.

The podcast can be found on Apple Podcasts. If you are a visual person like myself, you can watch their podcasts on their self-titled YouTube channel. I have never listened through Apple Podcasts, but I can assure you that hearing Zane and Heath talk while also watching how they interact with each other makes it a more enjoyable podcast.

On the YouTube channel, we see Zane and Heath on what looks like the most comfortable couch with a table built into the middle. It comes off as two best friends just sitting around sipping coffee and talking about life, making you feel like you’re in the room with them.

Behind the camera is their friend and fellow member of the “Vlog Squad” Matt King, as well as Heath’s girlfriend Mariah. These two run the audio and camera work for the podcasters.

In episode two, Zane and Heath introduced the two to the podcast, and in episode three, the four play an interesting game of “Would You Rather.” I would expect to see them more involved in the podcast as the show continues.

Besides talking about their lives off the camera, Zane and Heath also give us tea about what goes on with the Vlog Squad that we don’t get to see. In episode two, Zane reveals why he has a crush on David Dobrik’s assistant Natalie, and in episode three he spills about making out with fellow Vlog Squad member Corinna Kopf. So, if you are a big Vlog Squad fan, you’ll hear lots of dirt from these two.

Lots has happened in just four episodes of Zane and Heath: UNFILTERED and I am anxious to see what else they will do on the show. If you are in the market for a new, fun, comedic podcast I suggest checking them out. Stay tuned for new podcasts on their channel every Monday!
